3.2. If you use our platform to enter the data for an employment, we store your data required for this purpose. In detail, the following personal information is requested from you as the employer: gender, first name, last name, street and house number, postal code and place of residence. The following personal data will be requested from the employee: gender, first name, last name, street and house number, postal code, town, date of birth and AHV number. The information on the employee may only be added by you as the employer if the employee has agreed to this.
3.3. The data you voluntarily provide will be stored for the duration of your use of the platform, unless you delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all details in the protected user account.
3.4. The aim of our platform is to help you regulate the employment between you as an employer and your domestic help as an employee in a correct way and to comply with the law. The personal data collected from you will only be used and processed for this purpose and will not be publicly viewable.
3.5. The connection is encrypted using TLS technology to prevent unauthorised access of your data.
4. Information about the collection of personal data when contacting us by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail via our website, the data you provide (e-mail address and, if applicable, your first and last name, as well as explicitly requested information or other data provided by you) will be processed by us to answer your questions. We erase the data arising in this context once the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.

The employment assistant of Fairboss suggests insurances to the user which are useful for a correct employment. Lemonfrog AG is a tied insurance intermediary and has cooperation agreements with the following insurance companies:

Personal data is only recorded to the extent that it is required within the scope of the services agreed in the intermediary mandate. All information provided by the customer will only be passed on to the insurance partners with the express consent of the customer.

We store and process your personal data only in Switzerland and the EU.
